Mumbai, Nov 27, : , Maharashtra Minorities Affairs Minister Nawab Maki made a shocking claim Saturday that a conspiracy is underway in order to frame him in an “Anil Deshmukh style fake case”.He claimed that it was being done at the “behest” of officials from central agencies, but did not identify them. Malik told mediapeople that he had obtained e-mails from Central probe agency officers “instigating” people against him.
“I have all evidence and the full details of the conspirators.Malik stated that he would lodge a complaint with the Mumbai Police Commissioner and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to conduct a thorough investigation and take necessary action.
The Minister, who launched a crusade to stop Sameer Wankhede, Nartcotics Control Bureau Zonal director, stated that he has solid evidence that “a plot has been hatched” to trap him in a false case similar to that of Anil Deshmukh (currently in judicial custody).
Malik said that his family and Wankhede have been “shadowed” for the past few months since he began his serial expose on Wankhede.
Malik stated that they were making inquiries about my family, grandchildren, and my movements.
They also clicked photos of my house and offices last week when I was in Dubai.
Two young men riding motorcycles followed the duo and stopped them near the Lokmanya Tilak Terminus.They then questioned them.
“They claimed they drove fast in their car because they panicked and feared being beaten by the children.
After we posted their photos on social networking, people voluntarily provided details and information about the duo and their vehicle, including how one of them has been stalking me and other things.Malik stated that he would file a police complaint against them.
Senior Nationalist Congress Party spokesperson reiterated his belief that he would not be intimidated by officers from Central agencies “attempting to trap him in a sham case” and pledged to continue his campaign on different fronts.
In light of Malik’s shocking revelations over the past few months, the state government recently increased Malik’s security protection.
