Panaji, Nov 15, : , The Congress in Goa is in discussions with the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party, Nationalist Congress Party and Goa Forward in order to form an anti-BJP alliance.This was stated by Dinesh Gundu Rao, secretary of All India Congress Committee for the coastal state.
