Telangana CM KCR advised the junior doctors of Telangana that it was not good to call for a strike in these worst phases of the corona.KCR asked the junior doctors to join the duties immediately.

He clarified that the government has never discriminated the junior doctors and is still resolving their issues.

The Chief Minister held a review meeting with the medical officers at Pragati Bhavan on various issues such as the corona condition in the state, vaccination program, etc.On this occasion, the state medical officers brought the issue of the strike of junior doctors to the notice of CM KCR.

KCR incensed that boycotting duties in the name of the strike was not the right approach.He made it clear that people would not rejoice in such a decision in an emergency like Corona.The medical officers brought to the notice of the CM KCR that in most of the states, the stipend for junior doctors is less than the stipend for Telangana junior doctors.

The event was attended by Chief Minister of Telangana KCR, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, CMO Covid Special Officer Rajasekhar Reddy, Health Secretary SAM Rizvi, DME Ramesh Reddy, Director of Health Srinivasa Rao, CM OSD Gangadhar, and others.
