It is confirmed that Megastar Chiranjeevi will be doing the remake of Tamil blockbuster, Kaththi starring Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay and Samantha in the lead roles.This will be his prestigious film and also the most awaited and hyped film.A milestone number in his career.And the prestigious remake of the film will be directed by VV Vinayak who previously directed a blockbuster like Tagore which is also the remake of a Tamil film Ramana.
Vinayak is currently making minor changes to the script so that it will suit to Telugu nativity.The pre production works have begun already and the makers are all excited with the way they are getting back to the screen to show Chiranjeevi.
The movie will start rolling in February.Ram Charan and his mother Surekha will be producing the film under their new banner, Konidela Productions.
Lyca Productions will be the co-producer for this film.There are several political elements in the film and the buzz is that the hero will take potshots against the government in this film.
