Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu has issued orders to stop allocation of funds for all improvement works within the state.The order was issued as it was becoming tough for the government to pay the salaries of the employees for next month.The state authorities has directed all of the departments to not to make pay any payments until further orders issued.
This move is to ensure Government Employees were paid salaries for the month of January on February 1st.The orders stopping payments will be in force until Government pays Rs 2,500 crore towards the salaries of employees.
The AP government is looking at centre to overcome the financial crisis.Recently Chandrbabu announced that government is not in a position to pay salaries and requested centre for help.
The TDP Supremo opined that AP will have a tough time till March end and a recovery is expected from thereafter.
