However, after Sunil’s arrest, his family members also said that their son had nothing to do with Viveka’s murder.
They had earlier alleged that CBI officials had tortured Sunil to admit the murder case.The family members alleged that Jagan knew who had killed Viveka, and the officials were trying to implicate Sunil in the case.
CBI officials on Tuesday questioned 12 people at the R&B guest house in Pulivendula, Kadapa district.
