Kolkata 15 Aug : Two businesses with the daughter of Anubrata Mandal Sukanya Mandal, as directors are now under the snooping of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigators investigating the multi-crore cattle smuggling fraud in West Bengal. When the cross-checking with the Registrar of the Companies (ROC) and the Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs The CBI investigators have uncovered the names of the two companies, and both have the same two directors specifically Sukanya Mondal, the daughter of Anubrata Mandal.
The two businesses include ANM Agrochem Foods Private Limited and Neer Developer Private Limited.CBI sources have stated that the abbreviation of ANM Agrochem Foods Private Limited is significant since it has the first two letters (A and N) and the last letter (M) of Anubrata Mandal’s name.
According to the records of the ROC, ANM Agrochem is an unincorporated private limited company that was incorporated on 17 September 2011, and is registered in Kolkata.The share capital authorized by the company is 10 lakh, and its capital that is paid-up is 1 lakh.

The name of the second company that is under the scrutiny of CBI is Neer Developer Private Limited, which is a private limited corporation founded on January 30, 2006.The authorized share capital of the company is 15 lakh, and its capital paid-up is 7.79 lakh.According to ROC reports, Neer Developer is involved in real estate-related activities with properties that are leased or owned by the company including leasing, buying, selling and operating of lease or owned by the owner of the real property, including apartment buildings and non-residential dwellings and splitting property into lots.

CBI sources have said that in addition to these two firms, various account numbers of Sukanya Mondal whether privately owned by her or jointly with her father and other relatives, are also under the scrutiny of the CBI investigators.In the most recent chargesheet, CBI has mentioned 45 properties which include certain of which are owned by an individual by Anubrata Mandal and others together with the bodyguard of his Sehgal Hossain Sehgal Hossain, currently in custody at present.
