Reports say the Chinese army annoyed Indian soldiers which resulted in a fistfight.
After the aggressive fight between Indian, Chinese army in eastern Ladakh in May, the provoking Chinese army has once again irritated Indian Soldiers which resulted in a Hand-to-Hand fight.
The incident has taken place at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) overnight between August 29 and 30.Reportedly, a Brigade Commander-level meet is currently going on at Chushul to settle the issue.
The Ministry of Defence has released a press release giving an update regarding the present situation.In the note, the Indian Army stated: “On the Night of 29/30 August 2020, PLA troops violated the previous consensus arrived at during military and diplomatic engagements during the ongoing standoff in Eastern Ladakh and carried out provocative military movements to change the status quo.”
It has been nearly five months after the confrontation erupted between Indian, Chinese troops in Galwan Valley.While China kept mum over its causalities, India reported that 20 Indian Soldiers died in the brutal encounter.
Till now several military talks have happened between the two countries but were unsuccessful.
