Hyderabad 7 August : In an attack on the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao’s brother Errabelli Pradeep Rao announced on Sunday his resignation from the TRS.
Pradeep Rao, who was the chairman of Warangal Urban Cooperative Bank was discontent with the party for not granting him a ticket to run in the Assembly election and for not recommending him for the Legislative Council.

He also revealed to reporters that despite being subject to criticism, he still remained in the party, however, the party did not grant the MLA a ticket.”The party didn’t even consider my followers.We made many sacrifices for Bangaru Telangana,” he said.

Pradeep Rao stated that the local MLA had humiliated him numerous times, and no political leader has would have a problem with this.

Rao who is expected to join the BJP Rao, who is likely to join the BJP, said he will join a political party in which he will be respected or even run for office in a non-partisan manner.

Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy had recently announced his decision to join the BJP.Congress party’s national spokesperson Dasoju Sravan also quit the party and joined the BJP.

Pradeep Rao was considered to be one of the main figures in the Warangal district.He was a member of the TRS long before Dayakar Rao shifted his loyalties to the ruling party.

He was an aspirant of TRS ticket from Warangal East Assembly constituency both in 2014 and 2018.

In the year 2018, he was even ready to run for office as an independent candidate , but the leadership calmed him with the assurance of giving him a prominent post.

There was a war of words between Pradeep Rao and Warangal East MLA Nannanpuneni Narendar.

The followers of these two leaders have been at war with one another on numerous occasions.

Flexis that were installed by Pradeep Rao during TRS Working President K.T.Rama Rao’s visit to the TRS were allegedly taken away by supporters of Nannanpuneni Narendar.

Convinced that he is not likely to win a TRS ticket in 2023 Assembly polls, Pradeep decided to quit.

It is possible that the party will run again or offer tickets to either MLC Baswaraju Saraiah or to MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra.
