Jaipur 19th August : In the backdrop of the increasing incidences of violence and anarchy, the BJP will organize an important protest in Jaipur on the 20th of August against issues like the abolition of women and saints as well as mob lynching, illegal mining and assaults on Hindus and other crimes.
Rajasthan BJP President Satish Poonia said, “It is the misfortune of Rajasthan that the Congress government hasn’t appointed a permanent Home Minister in three and three and a half years.”

“Had the Chief Minister implemented in certain changes, there would have not been any complaints However, when you look at the situation it appears that the Chief Minister isn’t worried with the security of the residents of Rajasthan but more with his chair.” Poonia added.

He claimed that there is a tagline that is written on the outside of police stations that reads “‘Trust in the common man — be afraid of the criminals’.However, during the Congress rule it’s the opposite around, that is “trust in the criminals, and be afraid in the common people’.”

Seven lakh criminal cases have been reported in Rajasthan over the past three and three-quarters of a year, of which 6,325 cases of murder have been committed.More than 5,000 instances of looting were reported while theft incidents have increased to more than 1 lakh and almost 1.45 million instances of crimes against women have been reported.

More than 22,000 cases were connected to gang-rape and rape, while nearly 26,000 instances were linked to atrocities committed against Scheduled Castes.

The number of cases has increased in murder, attempted murder dacoity, robbery kidnapping theft, rape, etc.in 2022 in comparison to 2020.The number of theft cases has increased by 21.53 percent and robbery has increased by 28.57 percent and sexual assault by 19.34 percent and atrocities committed against women by 18.75 percent.

Poonia said she believes that the law and law and order state in Rajasthan has been deteriorating.

People belonging to the SC and ST communities have been targeted and hounded the most by the present Congress administration in Rajasthan, he said.

A saint self-immolated himself Thursday morning after he was forced to leave the temple.

A female teacher was burned alive in the presence of her son, who was six years old, early Thursday morning , and a nine-year-old Dalit child was slashed by his teacher at school, who died after allegedly touching a water container belonging to the teacher.

Recently an apostolic saint self-immolated and died in protest against mining that was illegal.

Early Wednesday morning the victim was allegedly lynched by the mob in Alwar in the suspicion of theft.
