This was just a day after Vijayawada hosted a meeting to criticize the state government.
Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, Government Advisor for Public Affairs, stated Wednesday that there was no significance to the meeting.

He also claimed that Bharatiya Janata Party is merely implementing chief N.Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party(TDP) agenda.

Sajjala stated that the BJP is now the sub-party of the TDP, and that BJP leader Somu Veerraju was reciting the script from NTR Trust Bhavan (the headquarters of the TDP).

According to him, the Congress leaders, BJP, CPI, Janasena and BJP have become puppets under Naidu’s control and they are now targeting Chief Minister Y.S.Jagan Mohanreddy made false accusations. The leader of YSRCP said that it is a pity that BJP, despite being a nation party, sings to Naidu’s tunes.

Prakash Javadekar, a former minister to unions and party leaders, urged people to ‘put an ending to the corrupted and destructive Jagan Mohan Reddy government’ by 2024.

TDP and YSRCP were described by him as family-dominated and he claimed that they both engaged in widespread corruption.

Javadekar stated that many state leaders are currently on bail, could be sent to prison at any moment, but he did not name V.Vijayasai Reddy (chief minister of YSRCP), and suggested the public consider an alternative.

He stated that the people had seen both the TDP government and the YSRCP governments, so he appealed for them to vote for BJP.

Sajjala Ramakrishna rebuked BJP leaders, promising cheap liquor at Rs 50 per liter and Amaravati capital within three years if they were elected to power.

He recalled how BJP leaders had been demanding High Court in Kurnool as well capital in Amaravati.

He asked them to reveal their position on Visakhapatnam.

He claimed that the BJP demanded special status as an opposition party, but only offered a limited package when they came to power at the Centre.

He criticised the saffron party, saying it had politicized special category status as well as privatization of Vizag Steel Plant.Despite having the authority to make decisions on these issues.

G.V.L., a BJP MP was also present.Narasimha Rao said that Vijayawada’s success shows the direction the state is going.According to him, it is evident that YSRCP fears BJP from Sajjala Rajakrishna.

Narasimha Rao discredited the claim that BJP uses the language of other people.According to him, the YSRCP leaders understood that BJP would focus on Andhra Pradesh and they would be no where. Therefore they called BJP a farce.

Perni Nani, the state minister had earlier noted that BJP’s state-unit has been given to Sujana Chowdary (C.M.) Ramesh, who left the TDP to join the saffron party.

Somu Veerraju, the president of BJP in India advised Nani not to open his mouth.

YSRCP-BJP also had a war of words after Vijayasai Reddy, a YSRCP member, shared a photo with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Tuesday.

The Rajya Sabha member revealed that he met Bhagwat while on Narsapuram train. He wrote that he was blessed with the opportunity to seek his blessings, and listen to his guidance.

However, the BJP leaders claimed that the YSRCP MP used the photo to play mind games. He said that not only YSRCP, but also parties such as TDP (TRS), were supporting the BJP-led Centre government on many issues of national significance.
