Kamboj-Bharatiya told reporters that he will soon hold a press event and disclose the NCP leader and his wealth in India and overseas benami properties, properties in the name of his girlfriend and corruption he committed as minister in different ministries, and the income of his family and assets information.
He also demanded the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and BJP’s deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis to revisit the irrigation scam that caused a mess in the state’s politics in the past few years.
“Har Har Mahadev.Ab Tandaav Hoga,” added Kamboj-Bharatiya.
In the context of the irrigation scam the needle of suspicion immediately pointed to the current NCP leader of the Opposition Ajit Pawar The bete-noire of the ruling alliance who hasn’t yet responded to the tweets.
However others, including the leader of the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) from NCP, Congress and Shiv Sena in addition to the anti-corruption activist Anjali Damania, slammed Kamboj-Bharatiya for her tweets.
“It’s an open question.How did he (Kamboj-Bharatiya) find out? learn what the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is planning to do.Is he an agent of the probe agency?” one NCP MLC Amol Mitkari told.
Congress State President Nana Patole said all that the BJP is doing is to threaten and intimidate opposition politicians to intimidate them.
“The BJP has been consistently intimidating opposition parties by making use of the ED, CBI, IT and many more.Blackmailing and terrorizing opposition parties is now the main focus of the BJP but we aren’t worried and it won’t last for long in an era of democracy,” Patole said sharply.
