New Delhi, December 30, : , In a huge farmer outreach program, the BJP Kisan Morcha organizes sporting events in villages as part of its five-state Assembly election campaign.The country will host the event “Gramin Khel Spardha”, a village sports event. Senior BJP Kisan Morcha official stated that the Morcha would organize sporting events in order to reach out to rural youth and farmers.
He said that the sporting events would be used to reach people via sports, especially in rural India and five states in which elections are scheduled for early next year.
According to reports, traditional Indian games and popular sports will compete.Winners will receive cash prizes.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked every MP to support sports in the constituencies they represent, during monsoon season.
All BJP MPs were invited to host a sports competition this month at the party’s Parliamentary meeting.
BJP Kisan Morcha decided this month to create an organization structure at the ‘Gram Panchayat level’ by appointing officers-bearers.According to the Kisan Morcha, there will be two or three representatives at each level of gram panchayat.
According to sources, it was decided after the formation of an organisational structure in 90 percent of blocks throughout the country that it would be time for it to grow at the panchayat levels.It has been agreed that each gram panchayat will have a Kisan Morcha group.At each gram panchayat in the country, a team will consist of at least two to three people.”At each gram panchayat Kisan Morcha, a team will be formed of one convenor as well one or two coconvenors,” a top BJP Kisan Morcha official said.
Next year, the Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand as well as in Punjab, Goa, Goa, Manipur, and Punjab will take place in February-March.
