Bengaluru Police raided actor Vivek Oberoi’s house in connection with the Sandalwood drug scandal.

Vivek Oberoi, who is well known for Telugu audience with the films like Rakta Charitra, Vinaya Vidheya Rama, had under Bangalore police probe in connection with the Sandalwood drug scandal.

Reportedly, the police have searched his home and left after two-and-a-half hours.

According to the reports, the raid has conducted for knowing the whereabouts of Aditya Alva who is the son of former Karnataka minister late Jeevaraj Alva and also the brother-in-law of Vivek Oberoi.

Aditya is absconding ever since the probe has conducted on him regarding the Sandalwood drug scandal.

Speaking to media, Bangalore additional commissioner said, Aditya Alva has on the run, and they have got the information that he is hiding in Vivek Oberoi’s house.

He said the police obtained a court warrant, and the CCB team has gone to his residence in Mumbai according to that.Reportedly Mumbai police have also helped in the probe, and the search is still going on for Aditya.

South Indian actress Sanjjanaa Galrani and Ragini Dwivedi have been arrested in the case so far.Reportedly, the NDPS court has extended their judicial custody to October 23.
