New Delhi 26 December : .Sunny Leone’s latest video album, Madhuban Me Radhika Nache has been banned by a Delhi lawyer.

Parties to the complaint include Saregama Music, Sunny Leone the actress, Manoj Yadav, the music company Saregama and Kanika Kapoor and Shaarib Chakraborty, singers Shaarib, Toshi and Kanika Kapoor.

Advocate Vineet Jindal stated in a complaint to the Delhi Police that Sunny Leone’s lyrics, her performance and her seductive moves on Radha (also known as Radhika) song are “highly condemnable” and “derogatory of the Hindu belief and their sentiments.”

The Bollywood actress, who performed an offensive dance to the famous ‘Madhuban mein Radhika Naache’ has caused a stir among Hindus.”The song is about love between Lord Krishna & Goddess Radha.The pure divinity is extremely important to the Hindu community,” read the complaint.

The song presents the sacredness of Love between Lord Krishna and Goddess Radhika, in an extremely offensive manner.”The lyrics of this song show the degree of vulgarity inducing the divinity between Lord Krishna and Goddess Radha,” said the petition.

Jindal claimed that the “deliberate, malicious acts”, intended to offend religious feelings of Hindu communities through vulgar visual representations, were intended to inflict.The music video was circulated on social media platforms and all public platforms and is therefore an offense under several sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Action should be taken against Jindal, the music company and the actress as well as the lyricist and singers.
