Award-winning Tamil director Ameer to host a fitness competition

Chennai 13th of September : Director Ameer who directed the National Award winning Tamil film “Paruthiveeran,” will organize an event called the World Fitness Federation (WFF) which is a body at the national level to promote fitness and building, on the 17th and 18th of September at the Madurai KLN Engineering College.
The goal of the competition is to raise awareness about the harmful effects of medicines as well as the significance of keeping good health.

In announcing the details of the program, Ameer said that health was a crucial aspect of the human experience However, people have abandoned traditional eating practices.

“As as a result, people aren’t taking care of their health as they did before.

Like how we follow the fashions and lifestyles of western societies We try to emulate our eating habits.It is vital to raise awareness among the younger generation about being healthy.

There is a widespread notion that actors are the only ones who need to be physically fit, but this isn’t true,” he said.

He added that there was the time when students in college considered of leaving without having any arrears.

“But today, we are at a point where getting out of college without a substance abuse is considered a major achievement.This is a shocking and extremely dangerous trend.

We should be more concerned about our health.To achieve this , we should focus on fitness, bodybuilding or other physical activity that can keep us from taking drug abuse,” he added.

Ameer told me: “I started focusing on my health but only after I began appearing on the screen.I realized that I was running late.

However, I didn’t want others to be late to the start.This is the reason I was thinking of organizing this event with the help of my trainer Mohan who has conducted numerous events like this.”

“Many participants from India are taking part.I don’t want this event to be restrained in the capital city, and therefore the initial event will take place in Madurai.The next events will be scheduled in the light of the response to the event.” he added.

Ameer added that, unlike other competitions the competition will offer the possibility of a cash prize of up to 10 lakhs in order to draw more participants.
