Tamil Hero Danush’s father and director Kasthuri Raja facing legal troubles.Kasturi Raja who was earlier in news for his rift with Nattikumar once again got entangled in financial issues.
As per reports Chennai court issued an arrest warrant against Kasturi Raja relating to a cheque bounce case.
Katuri Raja has taken a loan of 65 lakhs from financier Mukund Chand Bodra in 2012 and issued cheques.
However he failed to repay the loan and the financier deposited the security cheques in bank which have bounced.Hence Mukul Chand approached police station and later filed a petition in George Town Magistrate Court.
After hearing the complaint, the court issued an arrest warrant against Kasthuri Raja as he failed to appear before the court after repeated requests.
Earlier also Kasturi Raja faced severe allegations from telugu producer Natti Kumar, who bought the Telugu rights of the 3 film.
Natti demanded compensation from Raja for the huge losses incurred and at that time both involved in verbal war before media.
