Mumbai, Nov 27, : Sunburn Festival Goa will make a comeback on the ground with a three-day showcase December 27, 28, and 29.Armin van Buuren, a Grammy-nominated Dutchman will be the headlining act.

He will light up the turntables with his Trance/Progressive House tracks.
Armin, who was crowned the world’s number one DJ five times and is currently ranked third by genre bible DJ Magazine, is thrilled to be returning to India.

He said that he was delighted to be back in India after a long time, and to be reunited with Sunburn, one of his favourite festivals.We’ve all been through a difficult time, but now it’s time to celebrate life together.I can’t wait to close Sunburn Goa in December 29 – I hope to see you all there.

The artiste will also promote his eighth studio album, ‘A State of Trance Forever.

This will be the first major headlining act to visit India since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.The #LifeIsCalling edition of the popular music Festival will be held at a smaller venue in Hilltop, Small Vagator and Goa.

Percept Live, the founder organization behind Sunburn, made the announcement regarding the event in a post-pandemic world.They adhered to strict Covid appropriate behavior for the 15th edition.

The pandemic forced the Festival to be conducted digitally in 2013.However, civil restrictions are slowly opening up and the Festival is ready to thrill the fans again after a 2 year hiatus.

Sunburn Festival Goa’s 15th edition will feature more than 40 international and local artists on 3 stages.

Promoters have chosen a hybrid route to increase the festival’s scale.

They will partner with many clubs in India for ‘Sunburn echo’, a live stream that recreates the on-ground Festival experience.Fans can also watch the live stream from the festival’s on-ground Festival via ‘Sunburn Home’ on Facebook and Instagram.
