Magadheera starring Ram Charan and produced by Allu Aravind was a industry hit in 2009.Reincarnation drama directed by SS Rajamouli was the biggest hit of Charan’s career till date.
Allu Aravind teamed up with his nephew Charan after 7 years for a remake Dhruva.Dhruva released recently and received positive response from the audience and reviewers.But the collections are not as expected.
Dhruva has to collect 60 crores to reach break even point, but it is still short of a good 15 crores.
As Dhruva has no competition from at the box office Dhruva can have a good run for some more days.But still entering into a profit zone is doubtful.
Apart from all these figures, producer Allu Arvaind recently interacted with media and shared his thoughts on Dhruva.He revealed that he wanted to make Dhruva a biggest hit in Charan’s career than Magadheera.
Touching the final collections figure of Madhadheera(73 crore) is impossible for Dhruva.Moreover that 73 crore figure was in 2009.
When that figure converted to present, it will be much higher.So how did Aravind simply said he wanted to make a bigger hit than Magadheera with a remake that too without any entertainment in the film ? Are you serious Aravind garu .or just casual statements ?
