AP police shifted Pattabhi to Rajahmundry central jail

Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu staged a 36-hour protest in his Mangalgiri TDP office against the attacks of YCP activists on TDP offices in various locations of Andhra Pradesh.Chandrababu will continue his 36-hour initiation at the TDP office to protest the YCP attacks on the TDP office.

The initiation will end at 8 pm tonight.

On the other hand, Vijayawada police arrested TDP spokesperson Pattabhi for making obscene remarks on CM Jagan.

The trial court sent Pattabhi for 14 days police remand.However, AP police shifted Pattabhi to Rajahmundry Central Jail.

Pattabhi was shifted from Machilipatnam Sub Jail to Rajahmundry Central Jail this morning amid heavy security.

Police on Wednesday arrested Pattabhi for making obscene remarks against AP CM Jagan.

The Vijayawada Governorpeta police filed a petition in the court to take Pattabhi into custody.On the other hand, TDP spokesperson Pattabhi filed a petition in the court seeking bail.The court will hear the petition today.

YCP activists in the AP are also holding mass rallies today protesting against the remarks of TDP leaders on Jagan.

On this occasion, the YCP activists burnt TDP chief Chandrababu and Pattabhi’s effigies.
