Union Home Minister Amit Shah is currently touring Andhra Pradesh.Amit Shah arrived in Tirupati on Saturday night for the Southern Zonal Council meeting to be held at the Taj Hotel in Tirupati.
Police have heavily deployed security forces in the wake of Amit Shah’s visit to Tirupati.
In addition, police have taken precautionary measures.
However, Andhra Pradesh state police arrested CPI national secretary Narayana and shifted him to a police station.Police arrested Narayana while he was walking in Tirupati Bairagipatted, and later, they shifted him to the police station.
A few days ago, CPI Narayana said that they would stop Amit Shah from coming to Tirupati.The central government has hiked petrol and diesel prices in recent days.However, Narayana criticized the union govt for reducing Rs.5 on fuel prices.As part of the precautionary measures, the police arrested Narayana and shifted him to the police station.
Amit Shah arrived in Renigunta on a special flight on Saturday night for a three-day visit to Andhra Pradesh.
Amit Shah was welcomed by AP CM Jaganat the airport.CM Jagan was accompanied by Minister Peddireddy, TTD Chairman YV Subbareddy, MLA Roja and others.
