Andhra Pradesh unemployed and student unions are deeply dissatisfied with the job calendar recently released by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh CM Jaganmohan Reddy.They are demanding the release of a new job calendar including all the vacancies in various government departments.

In this context, the student and unemployment unions have called for a ‘Chalo Tadepalli’ protest on the 19th of this month.However, Guntur SP Arif Hafeez said that permission was denied for the ‘Chalo Tadepalli’ protest.

It was clarified that the protest could not be allowed as Section 144 was in force in the district.

The SP said that everyone has the right to protest peacefully, but it is a crime to stage a protest when Section 144 is in force.

It was clarified that there was a risk of prevailing high tensions in the protest as people with other intentions might collude with the unemployed youth.

The SP, on the other hand, said that there is a risk of the third wave of coronavirus and that legal action would be taken against those who cause concern without permission from the respective authorities.
