On Monday, there is a slight decline in the number of corona cases reported in AP.However, the number of Corona cases in Andhra Pradesh has increased again.The Andhra Pradesh state medical health department announced that Andhra Pradesh reported 1,125 new positive Covid cases in the past 24 hours.
With this, the number of people infected with the virus in Andhra Pradesh has reached 20,29,079.
In the last 24 hours, nine corona victims died while receiving treatment in various hospitals.This brings the number of deaths due to the pandemic in the state to 14,019.
In the past 24 hours, one covid victim died in Nellore district, three in Krishna, one each victim in Prakasam, East Godavari, and Guntur districts.Two deaths were reported in West Godavari.
On the other hand, 1,356 people recovered from the corona in the last 24 hours.This brings the total number of discharges in AP to 20,00,648.
The total number of tests conducted in the state reached 2,74,13,209 as 49,568 samples have been tested in the last 24 hours.Currently, 14,412 people are being treated at various hospitals in AP.
Among the 13 districts, Chittoor district has the highest number of covid cases.210 positive covid cases were reported in Chittoor district in the last 24 hours.Next to Chittoor stands Nellore, Krishna and West Godavari districts.
