The Andhra Pradesh High Court recently issued directives stating the reappointment of Ashok Gajapathiraju as the Chairman of MANSAS Trust.The AP High court dismissed the GO issued by the state government appointing Sanchaita Gajapathiraju as the Chairman of MANSAS Trust.
In 2020, the Jagan government issued a GO appointing Sanchaita Gajapathiraju as a Board person of Simhachalam temple and Chairman and MANSAS trust.However, the TDP chief and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu made some interesting comments responding to the High Court’s verdict.
He said that the verdict of the AP High court is laudable.
Chandrababu said that the latest verdict of the Andhra Pradesh High court implies that everyone should abide by the rules of the constitution.
He said it was once again clear that Justice will always win.
Chandrababu alleged that Jagan had planned to plunder thousands of lands under the trust.He criticized that this is a major setback for the Jagan government.Chandrababu criticized Jagan saying that no Chief Minister in the country has gone to court these many times.
Chandrababu congratulated Ashok Gajapathiraju for being reappointed as the Chairman of the MANSAS Trust.
