The Andhra Pradesh state government has finalized course-wise fees for 35 per cent of the seats in private varsities to be filled under the convener-quota in the state.Recently, GO-57 was released mentioning the fee structure of Varsities in AP.

This year, the seats in SRM University (Amravati), VIT AP (Amravati), Centurion University of Technology and Management (Vijayanagaram), Indian University of Science and Technology Innovation – University (BEST) (B.Sc.) in Education (B.Sc.) will be allocated to students in the Convenor‌ quota.Admission will be given for BTech courses in SRM, VIT, Centurion varsities and BSc courses along with BTech in Best varsity.

BTech course fees at SRM and VIT have been fixed at Rs 70,000, Centurion at Rs 50,000 and Best Varsity at Rs 40,000 and Rs 70,000 for BSc Agriculture seats.These fees will be in effect from 2021–22 to 2023–24.

The government has made it clear that no money should be charged in addition to these fees.Hostel, transport, mess charges, registration fee, admission fee, library and laboratory fees are excluded from this fee.A total of 2,330 B.Tech seats in these varsities and 105 Ag BSc seats in Best varsity will be made available to poor students.
