By Narendra Puppala Hyderabad, December 29, : .In what can be called an anticlimax, Allu Arjun staring in ‘Pushpa’: The Rise, made clear that the supposed scene of the antagonist and protagonist in the film’s climax’s nude confrontation was not there at all.
Allu Arjun stated to IANS, “It wasn’t on the cards.”
This issue stems from a media interaction in which Sukumar, the director of the movie, was quoted saying that the final scene in Pushpa was initially intended to be a confrontation between Allu Arjun (in the nude) and Fahad Faasil (in the nude).
The makers were aware of the Telugu audiences’ sensitivities and had apparently backtracked.Sukumar confirmed to IANS that he indeed had made such a statement.
It appears that it was a case of “lost in translation”.
Sukumar spoke to IANS and said that he was actually trying to clarify the origins of this scene, in which emotions should be high-fisted and nerves are on edge.
It was an idea that came out of enthusiasm in the first moment.Sometimes, something like this happens unintentionally when you give interviews.
The creative roots behind these scenes was what I wanted to talk about.He told IANS that he tried explaining it but the result was different.
“Everyone is trolling my.” He smiled ruefully and said his goodbyes.
Allu Arjun, however, made clear his position on the acting of such scenes if it was okay to can them.
“No, no.”No, no.We are all actors in commercial films.The film should be enjoyed by everyone.I do mass films.He laughed at the question and replied, “I’m a Mass Hero.”
“Pushpa” was released to Telugu and Kannada audiences on December 17.Allu Arjun stars in the film, along with Rashmika Faasil and Fahadh Faasil playing important roles.
Sukumar directs the film about red sandalwood smuggling in Andhra Pradesh’s Rayalaseema Region.
It has been screened successfully in almost all of its markets.
