During a Netflix interview, Alia revealed that she met Ranbir Kapoor, her now-husband, on the set of the movie “Black.” This film features Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukerji.Sharing that her first-ever audition was for “Black” in 2005, Alia mentioned how she auditioned for a role as a young Rani Mukerji.She humorously noted that she obviously didn’t get the part as she isn’t in the film, but she added a fun fact: it was during this audition that she first crossed paths with Ranbir Kapoor.
In another interview with BBC Asia Network, Alia disclosed that she confided in her co-star Gal Gadot about her pregnancy.Alia praised Gal for being supportive and comforting during this time.
