Akhilesh-maurya Locked In Caste War

Akhilesh-Maurya encased in the caste war

Lucknow 11th September : The battle between the BJP and the Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh is becoming increasingly personal, and is even taking a the form of a casteist.
Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav is playing the Backward Caste game with the utmost ferocity and uses the deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Mauriya an Pawn.

The story that Akhilesh Yadav wants to establish is that OBCs are under-represented in the BJP and Maurya is a good illustration of this.

He has been trying to remind the public that the BJP won the elections in 2017 under Maurya’s leadership but they were denied the post of chief minister.

Akhilesh recently invited Maurya to get the votes of 100 MLAs of the BJP and the SP to make him the chief minister.

Maurya has been adamant about Akhilesh Yadav’s pleadings and has reb Akhilesh Yadav’s appeals in plain language.

He declared the Samajwadi Party as ‘Samaptwadi Party and stated that Akhilesh cannot even think of being back in power today. His dream of returning to power won’t be realized in the coming 25 years, he added.

“Without the power of his father, Akhilesh Yadav is desperate. He is like a fish that doesn’t have water.” the deputy chief minister said.

Akhilesh Yadav responded with an instagram post that reads, “Tum itna jo muskura Rahe ho.The budget was reduced in the ministry you work in.The money hasn’t reached the departments of your ministry, so the tenders have not been completed. Are you hiding these secrets? Why do you smile so much?”

Maurya’s response Maurya was “Restless to win power.Akhilesh Yadav’s party SP will not even open an account in Lok Sabha elections 2024.

Modi election wave in UP as well as across the country is more powerful than ever before!”

The conflict of verbal battles between these two leaders are clearly designed to establish their dominance as backward leaders, and defying their roles as leaders of the caste.

To further confuse the issue To further confuse the pitch, Suheldev Bhhartiya Samaj Party president Om Prakash Rajbhar claimed that the leaders had no concern for OBCs , and were working against backward-minded interests by fighting between themselves.

While Akhilesh’s rant about Maurya is not being embraced by his own party’s leaders, Maurya has found considerable support for himself in the BJP.

“The SP chief should have avoided such a kind of campaign that is not what it’s called for. What is the reason SP be concerned over what BJP treats its OBC leaders? This is a stalemate that won’t be of any benefits,” said a senior SP leader.

BJP leaders however maintain that Akhilesh Yadav’s efforts at creating divisions within their party will fail.

“If he thinks he can divide the party along casting lines, he is mistaken. The BJP is far too strong to be shaken by these kinds of tactics.

Akhilesh Yadav is showing his own insecurity engaging in this manner. He should instead concentrate on re-building his party,” said an BJP official.

Incredibly, the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has kept his distance from the issue to date.
