Chikmagalur, Karnataka, Nov 22, : .Rider Aishwarya Pissay, who won the ladies class in the fourth round MRF MOGRIP FMSC Indian National Rally Championship 2021 (INRC-2021) for two-wheelers here, was back at her best. Aishwarya, a TVS Racing factory rider, performed well in Saturday’s super special spectator stage.This stage is organized by the Motor Sports Club of Chikmagalur, (MSCC), to draw crowds.
Aishwarya was well-versed in the terrain and maintained a steady pace.Aishwarya won the rally, clocking a stage time of 1hr 5min 12.915sec Sunday.She was the defending champion of Bengaluru and finished well ahead of her competitors.
Aishwarya, excited about the victory, said, “It might not be a fast rally like the others, but the gorgeous coffee e’tates terrain is technically difficult with many tricky corners.” This was a great experience, as I had to control my bike through the difficult stages.TVS Racing did a great job in getting Apache RTR 200, a rally bike built for these conditions ready.I look forward to continuing my reign at the next r’unds.
After a strong win at Hampi, the champion rider went on to win Round 2 at Bengaluru.She conquered the slippery terrain and is now the leader of the women’s table with her fourth straight win.
These rounds will take place in Coimbatore on December 11, and Nashik on December 19, respectively.The winner will then be named the National champion.
The seven-time National champion, supported by Scott, Puma India and IIFL, holds the trophy in one hand.GoPro plans to host larger cross-country desert rallies following the National championship.
