Many Bollywood celebrities like Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Kartik Aryan, Manoj Bajpayee, Tara Sutaria, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ranbir Kapoor, Milind Soman, and others have been tested positive for the novel coronavirus recently.Now versatile Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal has also joined the list. He himself announced on Friday that he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.“Unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19.All those that have come in contact with me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested,” he wrote on Twitter.
Although such news has become has pretty common with the celebs, this time the situation is quite different as Paresh Rawal had taken the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine earlier this month and had even posted a picture of himself after taking the jab.He has to go for a second dose next month.However, in the interim, he has got infected due to the adverse drug reaction.
Several colleagues of Rawal from the industry, including actors Anupam and Ranvir Shorey, filmmakers Vivek Agnihotri and Rahul Dholakia, and BJP MLA from Rajasthan Ramlal Sharma wished the actor a speedy recovery.
