New Delhi, Sep 13 : French 3DExperience giant Dassault Systemes on Tuesday announced that the manufacturer of electrical goods Havells uses the manufacturing execution system (MES) applications to digitalize its factories.
With MES-driven efficiencies Havells is poised to offer robust, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions in the consumer durables sector in conjunction with Dassault Systemes.
MES efficiency achieved through Dassault Systemes’ DELMIA applications powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform give real-time access of information to executives.
“With the digitization of the plants operated by Havells throughout the nation, we are looking toward a long-term sustainable future that includes digital technology,” said Deepak NG the Managing Director of India Dassault Systemes.
MES solutions are utilized in the assembly lines along with managing important business processes, such as scheduling and planning materials management, production management quality assurance, traceability and maintenance tasks.
Havells can help to overcome the difficulties of white goods in the consumer durables market to create sustainable products and processes by utilizing energy efficiency and resource efficiency, as well as better waste management.
All while taking into account social changes that impact consumption patterns.

The collaboration will concentrate on encouraging women who are aspiring women entrepreneurs to set up their own businesses, offering information and access to the ecosystem and providing hands-on assistance entrepreneurs in starting and scaling up their businesses.
