Kangana is afflicted with dengue and is ‘powered by the spirit of the national holiday’

Mumbai 15th August : Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who is suffering with dengue, has said that despite the fact that she was unable to leave her home but the energy of national celebrations is taking over her in the most inspiring way.
Kangana celebrating the occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day on Monday, posted a photo of her in bed receiving an IV to her Instagram story.

“Couldn’t leave the comforts of my room, lekin.” The spirit of national celebrations has been consuming my body in the most inspiring manner.From my nurses, home staff and gardeners, all congratulating each on each other, I listened to Honourable Prime Minister’s speech this morning.”

“They say that one person can make a difference in the world.This is with our prime minister @narendramodi Never in my life did I experience this kind of euphoria of national pride, duty and optimism for the future among people.”

She also said: “Probably one such gigantic consciousness is known as an avatar.people who not only rise , but also lift not just hundreds or thousands but the entire humanity.Jai Hind.”

Kangana is currently preparing for her next film , titled “Emergency”, in which she will play Indira Gandhi.

“Emergency,” as the title implies, is all about the state of internal emergency declared by Indira Gandhi on the 25th of June 1975.

It was in effect until March 21 1977 and was lifted which was the day that the Janata Party was voted to the powerhouse in an historic election.

In the past, Kangana has played the late former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa in ‘Thalaivi’ and Rani Lakshmibai in ‘Manikarnika’.
