Mumbai 5 August : The coming-of-age-sibling-drama “Kacchey Limbu” featuring “Udaan” fame Rajat Barmecha and Radhika Madan will be having its World premiere at the famous 47th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The festival, which runs for 10 days, is scheduled to run from September 8 to September 18, this year.
The film, helmed by Shubham Yogi with dialogues written by Neeraj Pandey The film celebrates the joys of siblings and creates an emotional drama.
Speaking about the event, Neeraj, who has composed the songs for movies such as “Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi”, “Kaamyaab”, “Moothon” and the dialogues of “Tryst with Destiny” stated: “There was a specific need in the film where he believed he could use my “writing voice.
“I I told Shubham (the director) let’s look at what I could contribute to the discussion.Fortunately, he was happy with what I brought to the table, and afterward, we came up with an idea.
“Initially it was a small portion but once we started playing around with it and improvising it, it became longer, and it’s an item that has become an integral component of the film.After watching the film, they’ll be aware of it.”
