Canada and South Africa held firm for the first 15 minutes and it was difficult for either side of the deadlock to break.

In the 16th minute, Player of the Match Cameron le Forestier scored his first goal of a hat-trick.

His strikes were all the result of quick build-up play from the African team. The striker was there to send the ball past Zackary Cobbs in Canada’s goal.

It was still a close match after the opening goal.Canada tried hard to get back on track but a second goal by Idrees Abdulla at 26 minutes and then a penalty shot by Guy Morgan effectively ended Canada’s hopes of a win.Indy Sehmbi’s team was unable to score the three goals they wanted in the final quarter.South Africa had already scored four goals, including one for Morgan.

The United States was too strong to defeat Pakistan in an 18-2 victory.

While Pakistan quickly moved into top gear and the USA players gave them too much space, they seemed unable or unwilling to create a structure for the game.

The USA did not stop trying to find their groove and Finlay Quaile was able make the most of two penalty corners. This was a small price for the fact Pakistan dominated play for most of the match.

Although the match began evenly, the USA created their own chances. However, Abuzar’s 14th minute goal gave the Pakistan team a boost of speed, pace and ingenuity.

The game was decided by six goals in the second period. However, the Pakistan team continued to push forward, exploring every offensive avenue.

Captain Abdul Rana scored four goals, and was awarded the Player of Match award. He was also joined on the scoresheet by 11 of his teammates.

After the team’s failure to perform in the pool matches, the Pakistan Head Coach Danish Kaleem was looking for answers. His players found them in this game.

As both teams felt that a win was within reach, the game moved at a fast pace.Bembenek’s calm precision was what made the difference.Poland will now contest the 9-12th place match. This means that Poland will now face Korea in the fight for a ninth-place finish while Chile will face Egypt.

Korea won the shoot-out with a 6-5 win after a 3-3 draw.Mahmoud Seeleem, Egypt’s goalkeeper, can take comfort in the fact that he enjoyed an excellent tournament, even though his team has yet not won.Seleem has made some impressive saves during this match, even though Egypt has conceded 31 goals, with three of them being scored by Korea.Although the teams were evenly matched in quarter one, Korea gained momentum as the game progressed.
