They will keep the confident-looking left-hander as the third player for?4 million.

“It’s a very satisfying reward to the hard work that I’ve done over the past few seasons.

It is a great motivator for me to have the support of the franchise, the owners, coaches, management — and I can’t WAIT to repay the faith that was shown in me.Jaiswal expressed his gratitude for being part of a team that is known to develop young talent and offer opportunities.

Kumar Sangakkara, Director of Cricket, spoke about the decision to retain the players.”We had to consider a lot of factors while making this decision.Although we would have liked to have retained four players, the uncertainty surrounding Jofra’s long-term injury forced us to keep only three. These players were chosen to retain a strong core of players who also happen to be the Royals’ leadership team.

This also gives us the ability to spend in the auction.Although it was a difficult decision, we are happy to confirm that Sanju Jos and Yashasvi will remain with us as the backbone to our team.

This trio of dynamic players is the best to lead this team forward and has the qualities we want in our players as they look forward to the next season. We also want to thank all the players for their hard work over the past seasons and for keeping the Rajasthan Royals values intact.
