Mumbai, Nov 30, : Vivek Madaan, an actor who is seen in the series “Special Ops 1.5”, has spoken out about Aamir Khan’s film “Talaash – The Answer Lies Within” as the movie was completed nine years ago. Film “Talaash” was released November 30, 2012.
Vivek played the role Deputy Commissioner for Police ‘Manisha Awasthi’.
The actor reminisces and expresses gratitude that the film is still loved so much after so many years.
He said: “Needless it to say, I was thrilled to be handpicked and to play his superior rank officer (Aamir was playing an Inspector in the Police Department).Although I was initially apprehensive about being cast in the role of his senior, it was pointed out that UPSC cadres are deputed at higher ranks and that field experience and age are not the deciding factors for key designations.
