New Delhi, Nov 30, : , Tuesday’s Lok Sabha session will see the government table ‘The High Court (and Supreme Court Judges) (Salaries & Conditions of Service) Amendment Bill 2021’.The Bill will be introduced by Kiren Rjiju, Law Minister.
However, the opposition is likely to continue raising its voice about price rise, unemployment, and extended jurisdiction of Border Security Force (BSF), in some states.Opposition parties also demand a law that guarantees the minimum support price (MSP).

In the midst of a logjam, Monday saw the government pass ‘The Farm Laws Repeal Bill 2021’ in Lok Sabha to complete constitutional provisions to repeal three farm laws.The Lok Sabha secretary-general will report from the Rajya Sabha on the Farm Laws Repeal Bill 2021.

Rijiju will ask for permission to introduce a Bill to amend the High Court Judges’ (Salaries and Conditions of Service), Act, 1954 and Supreme Court Judges’ (Salaries and Conditions of Service), Act, 1958.

Mansukh Mandaviya, Health Minister, will also introduce “The Assisted Reproductive Technology Regulation Bill, 2020”.

The Bill regulates and supervises assisted reproductive tech clinics and assisted technology banks.It also prevents misuse, promotes safe and ethical practice in assisted reproductive technologies services, and addresses any matters related or incidental to them.

Mandaviya did not introduce the Bills on Monday.

Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti is expected to make statements about the implementation status of the recommendations in the Standing Committee’s reports on ministry of Rural Development.

Lok Sabha will receive reports from the Standing Committee on Education, Women, Children, Youth and Sports, Commerce, and Railways.

Ministers Nityanand Rai and Shibha Karandlaje, Kailash Chaudhary, Pratima Bhoommik, Pratima Ahoumik, Nitish Pramanik, and Ajay Kumar will lay papers for their respective ministries.

Kalaben Mohanbhai Dekar, a newly elected MP from Dadra and Nagar Haveli will take the oath.
