As previously announced, the state government will pay Rs 3.25 lakh to each of the 750 farmers who were killed in the year-long agitation.

The Chief Minister stated that he or his cabinet colleagues would hand the cheques to the family members of the farmers who have died.

KCR, as Rao is commonly known, demanded that each family of these farmers be paid Rs 25 lakh by the Centre.

He claimed that the Narendra Modi government had brought the three laws to the farmers’ deaths.

KCR responded to criticisms by opposition parties about the state government’s inability to pay compensation to farmers who have died in the state.

He claimed that there is no scheme like Rythu Bhima in Telangana.

He said, “Whatever the cause of death may be, under the Rythu Bhhima scheme, Rs 5 Lakh is paid to the family member of the deceased farmer in one Week.”
