Rijiju stated that “we cannot see such an occurrence when the government or court makes a decision.” The law of the land is established when a judgment is issued by the Supreme Court. The same applies to legislation passed by Parliament or Assembly.

He stressed that it was possible for a decision or law to be passed by the Supreme Court, high court, Assembly, Parliament and become difficult to implement. Then, we need to think about it.It could be legislature, judiciary, executive or any other part of society. We must think. He said that we are following the Constitution, and that the country is also following the Constitution.”

Rijiju also noted that he is seeing a trend in which people are too aware of their rights and will do anything to obtain them, but forget the rights of others, and forget their duties.

He said that the government had approved continuation of the centrally-sponsored scheme for infrastructure development for the judiciary at Rs 9,000 crore.

Rijiju stated that “18,735 courts across India have been computerized with software compatibility.

More than 98% of court complexes have been connected to the Wide Area Network.

He stated that the role of the judiciary in adjudicating infrastructure disputes and keeping the larger national interest in mind is critical for the flow and cost of development.

He stated that the Bar was an integral part of the architectural framework for justice delivery and that it was its duty to demonstrate the organic link between truth, law, and social welfare.
