Abu Dhabi, Nov 24, : Team Abu Dhabi continued to rage in Abu Dhabi T10 with a thrilling last-ball win against Delhi Bulls.
The Bulls had 10 points to take from the final two deliveries and the match looked secure.

Jamie Overton defeated Bulls skipper Dwayne Brave for two huge sixes to ensure that his team remained undefeated in the competition.

On Wednesday, Stirling-Salt was not to be seen as an event.

Fazalhaq Farooqi had bowled the first over of the second over and the Irish all-rounder was out leg-before.Phil Salt, however, kept the chase alive, despite Liam Livingstone’s mistimed delivery.

Salt reached his half century in just 20 balls, when he slog-swept Romario shepherd for his fifth six in his sixth over.

Shiraz Ahmed, who had bowled well in the first over, helped Delhi Bulls win with a sloppy seventh over that gave away only four runs.

Team Abu Dhabi was left with 34 runs after Dominic Drakes double strike of Salt & Livingstone in the second over.Two new batsmen were added to the team.

Chris Gayle and Overton took 16 runs from Farooqi in the ninth over.Bravo had to defend 18 runs at the end.Gayle, a left-handed player, won the match with a six-run first-ball in the chase.However, Bravo was unable to find a second ball on the fourth ball and was forced to abandon the chase.

Overton took over the job of ending the game.

The Delhi Bulls openers had started strong, making use of some sloppy bowling by Merchant De Lange and Fidel Edwards to score 20 runs in their first two overs.

Rilee Rossouw was threatening during his brief stay, but was beaten by Liam Livingstone’s off-spin in over four.Luke Wright played his first match in the competition and showed no signs of rustiness.

He hit three of the four first deliveries he faced for boundaries.

Danny Briggs stopped the Delhi Bulls’ innings by removing Rahmanullah Gurbaz.

He also conceded only four runs in his initial over.Naveen-ul Haq, who conceded nine runs in the next over, continued Briggs’ excellent work.

Briggs and Haq applied pressure to De Lange, who lost a run when Wright attempted to pull.After three quiet overs, Shepherd changed things and scored an unbeaten 39 runs in 11 deliveries.

His knock, which was studded with 3-4s and 4 sixes, took Delhi Bulls to 120.They managed to score 43 runs from their last two innings.
