Mumbai, Nov 24, : Marvel Studios’ greatest archer epic Hawkeye’ premieres Wednesday on Disney+ Hotstar.Fans are buzzing with excitement about the MCU’s newest movie. Hailee Steinfeld plays Kate Bishop, a skilled archer who is ‘Hakeye’s biggest fan.She recently revealed how she manages the series’ action sequences.For the action sequences in the miniseries, Scarlett Johansson’s stunt partner, Heidi Monkeymaker, the actress worked with her.She said that she reached a point where she could throw anything at her, but that wasn’t an accident.”I definitely had to prepare for it.”
The actress praised Heidi and shared her feelings about Heidi’s safety during filming action sequences.”A lot of times, fight sequences look incredibly complicated and very intimidating.But it’s nice having somebody that believes and pushes for you.Heidi and the entire team of stuntmen made me feel very secure, which was important.
The six-episode miniseries, directed by Bert & Bertie and Rhys Thomas, tells the story of MCU’s greatest archer.
He teams up with a 22 year-old skilled archer and his biggest support Kate Bishop to defeat the outlaws.
The series will be available on Disney+ Hotstar in English, Hindi and Tamil.
