By Archana Sharma Jaipur : , Nov 20, 2018 – The scene seems all set for much-awaited cabinet reshuffle.Officials confirmed that the Governor House ceremony will be held at 4 pm on Sunday.
They also confirm that the swearing in ceremony for new ministers is taking place at Governor House.
Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of India will preside over the meeting.
While it is not clear which faces will make the new cabinet, efforts to reach out to many Congress MLAs began last Friday night.
Following the meeting, new members will form a cabinet and take oath at Raj Bhawan on Sunday.
After attending an event in Uttar Pradesh, the Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Moishra will return to Rajasthan on Saturday night.
Ajay Maken (the state in-charge for Rajasthan Congress), is currently in Jaipur and will be discussing the names with CM Ashok Gehlot.
Sachin Pilot, former deputy CM, is returning to Jaipur from Delhi on Saturday night.
According to sources, Pilot will be meeting Ajay Maken just before names are finalized for cabinet expansion.
This aspect will be clear by Saturday night.
You should know that Harish Chaudhary, Govind Singh Dotasra and Dr Raghu Sharma, were state ministers.
They had written to Congress President Sonia Gandhi offering to resign.
