At present, as a pilot project, digital payments have been introduced at the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Stop (MGBS) ticket reservation counter, near the parcel cargo service, and at the bus pass counters at the Retifile bus stand.
TSRTC MD VC Sajjanar said the online payment facility would be implemented at all depots in the state after examining the situation at MGBS.
TSRTC is stepping in, taking into account the convenience of the passengers from time to time.Part of that is focusing on digital payments.
