The Movie Artist Association (MAA) elections went very interestingly.Manchu Vishnu won in MAA Elections.
Vishnu recently put his first signature on the file as president that he would take steps to provide Pension to senior artists.Recently, Manchu Vishnu was sworn in as President.
Vishnu was sworn in as ‘MAA’ new president in the presence of Election Officer Krishnamohan.
Along with Vishnu, all the 15 winning members from his panel were sworn in and took charge.
Telangana State Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav was the chief guest at the event held at the Film Nagar Cultural Center.Prior to the swearing in, Vishnu performed special pujas with his staff at ‘Maa’ office.
Manchu Vishnu and Prakash Raj panels insulted each other during our election.The entire Prakash Raj panel resigned after losing the election.
That effect was also seen at the swearing-in ceremony today.Not a single member from the Prakash Raj panel attended the event.
