ACB raided Vizianagaram Deputy DMHO residence, seizes assets worth Rs 3.70 crores

ACB conducted raids on the residence of Vijayanagaram district Deputy DMHO.ACB officials conducted inspections at a total of 8 places, including houses, offices and residences of relatives of Parvathipuram ITDA Deputy DMHO Ravikumar Reddy.

Investigations continued in Bobbili, Parvathipuram, Therlam, Vijayanagaram and Visakhapatnam areas.Ravikumar Reddy and his family have four houses.

The ACB officials seized a house, 28 acres of farmland, a car, and gold jewellery.

ACB officials estimated the total value of the seized assets, including cash in the bank, as nearly Rs 3.70 crore.According to ACB officials, the deputy DMHO official has amassed assets worth over Rs 2.10 crore illegally.Examination of documents, full clarity on assets will come when the full asset valuation process is completed.

Ravikumar Reddy of Marteru, West Godavari District, started his career in November 2003 as a Government Medical Officer.He worked as a Civil Assistant Surgeon in Jiyammavalasa in Vijayanagaram District till 2009.

He later served at a hospital in the Bobbili zone.Later, he joined ITDA, Parvathipuram in 2018 as Deputy DMHV.Currently, he resides in Gollapalli, Bobbili.More details on the case are yet to be revealed by the ACB officials.
