There are usually six days of work and one day off everywhere.Some corporate companies offer five days of work and two days off.However, Bengaluru-based fintech startup company Slice has come up with a new idea.Brought in a policy of just three-day work week.
It also promises to pay 80 percent of current market wages, even if you work only three days a week.
Rajan Bajaj (28), the founder of the company, said that they are against spending the whole life of the average person and can pursue other hobbies while working for themselves.
The prophecy says that this is ‘Future Work’.He said people do not want to be limited to one job.
‘Slice’ already has 450 employees.It plans to recruit another 1000 engineers and product managers in the next three years.
Bajaj explained that even if the employees work for three days, they will get full pay and other benefits.The rest of the time they can use it to fulfill their dreams.
Meanwhile, cyber security company TAC Security recently brought in a four-day workday.Friday also announced a holiday for the past seven months to further boost productivity.
