There is an increase in the number of corona cases being reported in Andhra Pradesh.The night curfew is still in force across the state in the wake of the severity of coronavirus.
However, recently, the state medical health department released a health bulletin regarding the corona cases in AP.
According to the state medical health bulletin, in the past 24 hours, 1539 new covid cases were registered in AP.With this, the number of people in Andhra Pradesh infected with the virus has reached 20,07,730, and in the last 24 hours, 12 corona victims died while receiving treatment in the hospitals.The death toll due to the corona pandemic in AP has risen to 13,778.
In the last 24 hours, 26 cases were reported in Anantapur, 243 in Chittoor, 228 in East Godavari, 127 in Guntur, 080 in Kadapa, 194 in Krishna, 15 in Kurnool, 176 in Nellore, 126 in Prakasam, 092 in Visakhapatnam, 015 in Srikakulam, 054 in Vijayanagaram and 163 in West Godavari districts.However, 1140 people recovered from the corona in the last 24 hours.
This brings the total number of recoveries from coronavirus in AP to 19,79,504.
In the last 24 hours, 67,590 samples were tested.
Out of these, 1539 people tested positive for coronavirus.With this, the total number of tests conducted in the state has reached 2,63,37,946.
Currently, 14,448 people are being treated at various hospitals in AP.
