CM Jagan’s bail revocation case adjourned to July 30

A petition filed by Narsapuram YSRCP Rebel MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju seeking revocation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan’s bail in the case of inappropriate assets was heard again today in the CBI court in Nampally, Hyderabad.However, the CBI court adjourned the case till July 30.Lawyers for Raghurama Krishnaraja and Jagan have already submitted their written arguments to the court.

On the other hand, the CBI asked the court on the 14th of this month to give them ten days to file their written arguments.Raghuram’s lawyer at the time objected to the CBI’s stance.The CBI is often changing attitudes and procrastinating.

The court adjourned the hearing to July 26 (today).However, it was postponed as the CBI sought more time.

It is learned that MP Raghuram Krishnaraja has filed a petition in the CBI court seeking revocation of Jagan’s bail.

MP Raghurama recalled in the petition that the CBI has registered 11 charge sheets in the case of inappropriate assets against Chief Minister YS Jagan, MP Raghuram said in the petition.

He said that Jagan is mentioned as an A-1 in all 11 charge sheets.Raghurama said that as a Member of Parliament, he had the responsibility to protect the YSRCP.
