Andhra Pradesh government has succeeded in creating a new record by vaccinating large-scale people in a single day through Mega vaccination drive on June 20.The government has vaccinated 13,59,300 people in a single day.
The system of secretariats set up by the state government, accurate planning, coordination, everything resulted in making Mega vaccination drive a huge success.
The vaccination process began at 8 in the morning on June 20 and continued until 9 p.m.Over 2000 centres have been set up for vaccinating people from all corners of the state.The major aim of this mega vaccination drive was to vaccinate mothers who have children below the age of five as a part of curbing the third wave of coronavirus.
Vaccination was carried out at vaccination centres in compliance with Covid rules.
Fortunately, no adverse cases were reported due to the vaccine.The vaccination process continued under the auspices of District Collectors in all districts.
