Researchers say there is a corona virus in the waters of the Hussain Sagar in Hyderabad.He said water samples from several ponds in the city were being researched under the auspices of IICT and CCMB.
Scientists have come to this conclusion based on the corona viral load in water resources samples.IICT, CCMB has been collecting and analyzing water samples in sewage and ponds frequently since last year to predict the spread of the virus.
A recent study has revealed the presence of the virus in the waters of Nacharam large pond and Turka pond in Kukatpally Pragati Nagar.However, experts say that the corona virus does not spread through water under any circumstances.
